PLAYING-POSITION TRAINING

As you can see in my picture, I am displayed as puzzle pieces. I am pleased to state, I am all together.
By viewing each aspect of your playing-position as placing correct pieces in a physical puzzle together, you will gain confidence knowing that you are in proper alignment and correct playing-position.
When working to perfect your best playing-position, it is a good idea to utilize visual perspectives, known as vantage points.
Performing the motions of going from rest-position to playing-position in front of a mirror gives you excellent vantage points. Using a mirror gives you improved perspective.

Think for a moment about the definitions of the word – advantage. Advantage is increased success, gaining a successful benefit. The words advantage and advance go hand-in-hand, thus making it truly advantageous to employ creative means to assess your playing-position by using various vantage points.
It is also beneficial to take advantage of the opportunity to perform the tasks of going from rest-position to playing-position for your friends who are learning along with you.
You will notice a dedicated area on the playing-position training grids for comments. Earlier in the practice tutorial I promised that progression along the Quest is much like a fun computer game. It was also suggested that you can create a mental assessment tool, structured like a Practice Olympics. (review Practice Tutorial)
Now let’s proceed to the Playing-Position Training Grids.
