It is best for everyone to always find a straight line of vision to the instrument’s scroll.
This creates a more natural playing-position that is parallel to the ground, which enhances the success of the application of the physical laws that you learned earlier.
Perform the steps going from Rest-Position to Playing Position. Look directly toward the scroll. Take note if you are looking down at the scroll or up to the scroll. If necessary, make any angle adjustment in order to find the correct straight line of sight to the scroll.
Repeat going from rest-to-playing-position a minimum of 3 times. Always check that you have a clear, straight line of vision and make any adjustments needed in order to make it work for you.
