Hello, again! I am quite impressed with everyone’s progress. Q asked me to return at this time so that I can help you determine the proper amount of bow-speed needed when performing varied rhythms.
Most often, the speed of bowing motions are faster when the bow needs to travel further. This is true, unless the note that you are playing has a longer duration. All of this makes sense when applying this rule:

Move the bow more slowly when performing half-notes and whole-notes.
When performing quarter-notes, apply quicker bow-speed.
