Individual Bow Segments
Gaining bow-control in each individual bow-segment, improves the quality of your sound and bow mastery.

 Secure your most parallel Bow-Arm Box.

Perform the Individual Bow-Segment Work-Out – Three Times.  
Draw the bow on any string at the Middle Lane.  Practice each bow-segment.

Lower Bow-Segment: Swing your Shoulder Arc to the A-String.
Float your bow-arm to silently find the contact-point near the frog.

Middle Bow-Segment: Swing your Shoulder Arc to the A-String. 
Form a perfect Bow-Arm Box shape at the middle of the bow contact-point.

Upper Bow-Segment: Swing your Shoulder Arc to the A-String.
Place the bow and set a secure contact-point a few inches from the tip.
